We are so grateful to be able to enter facilities educating Foster care, Homeless and Runaway Youth, Extraordinary needs (EN), LGBTQ, Mother & Child locations on healthy habits and preparing for independent living. The workshops that my team facilitate are so important to our communities. Our program has an huge impact on our younger youth and their families and we are happy to be apart of change and healthy representation in our neighborhoods. Realizing your worth is a big step. It’s shows you can’t fool everybody. No one outside of yourself can make you feel whole. Find a therapist with whom you can connect with but do not try and out think or out smart the therapist. Be open to another way of doing things. Be a student. 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🌻🌻🌻

It’s that time of year again! We’re going into new facilities starting our wellness program up! We always begin with a “Day of Beauty” and I’m so happy to experience new phases and opportunities with the younger youth!
