2️⃣ Point Your Foot – Extend your foot, keeping the toes stretched and the ankle straight, creating a long, clean line.
3️⃣ Control the Movement – Move slowly and with purpose, making sure every part of your foot, from the toes to the heel, moves as one.
4️⃣ Return with Precision – As you bring the foot back, maintain the same control and alignment, resisting any rushing or collapsing. ✨
