==========================================
After two postponements due to severe weather, the members and friends of our Society gathered this past Sunday to celebrate our annual event and the cutting of the traditional New Year’s Vasilopita. Fr. Gregory Gounardes offered the blessing.
As is our yearly tradition, we recognized and presented awards to our college students for their academic excellence, as well as to our high school students who successfully completed the Archdiocese’s Greek Language Program.
We extend our sincere thanks to all our members who attended, and special appreciation to everyone who contributed to making the event such a success.

SNAPSHOTS FROM OUR ANNUAL EVENT AT THE ELDER CARE UNIT OF AGIA MARINA
=======================================================
We’re very happy to share moments from our annual event held at the Elder Care Unit of Agia Marina. It was a heartwarming evening, attended by a gathering of elders living at the Unit, local officials, and many Kardamylites—including many of our own members.

As part of the Event, we presented awards to the top-performing graduating students from Kardamyla’s High School and Senior High Schools. Their outstanding academic achievements are a testament to their dedication and hard work. Maria – Panagiota Papazi (Junior High), Thekla Papazi and Theodora Tselika (High School – ΓΕΛ), Ekaterini Kaliva and Nikolaos Stratilas (High School – ΕΠΑΛ).

Many thanks to the Orchestra of the Chian Brigade of the Hellenic Army, which, as every year, provided music and entertainment.

And a heartfelt thank you to the staff of the facility for their invaluable support, and especially to Mr. Markos Melitzanis, whose efforts were instrumental in making the event a resounding success.
