Lead by Chloe McMillan who serves as Artistic Director of Harbor Performing Arts Academy, SCAN- Harbor Inc. has led her performers into national competitions returning with the highest of honors on mul

tiple occasions. Performing at Bill Board Awards. She serves as a practitioner for Berklee School of Music. Her dedication and drive behind empowering youth through the arts stands out in the New York City Community as her roots are planted deep in connecting arts and expansion.
