“There was a time I thought confidence was only for the ‘healthy and skinny.’ I tried hiding behind oversized clothes, skipping mirrors, even skipping moments I should have enjoyed.

But here’s the truth I learned: health isn’t just about the scale, and confidence isn’t about fitting into someone else’s idea of ‘perfect.’ 💖 It’s about moving, laughing, living fully in the body you have right now.

The first time I slipped into shapewear that supported my curves instead of fighting them, I didn’t just see a change in the mirror — I felt one in my heart. For the first time, I stood tall, smiled big, and thought: this is me, and I am enough. 💪
