We are a group of friends who aim to inspire others to pay it forward by incorporating random acts of kindness in our daily lives. We started on Christmas Day 2012 with the intention to provide a hearty & balanced meal to those in need. All we did was:

(1) Take a trip to our local grocery store;
(2) Purchase items to build a hearty & balanced meal;
(3) Invited a like-minded gr

oup a friends to come partake in the festivities;
(4) Created an assembly line in a living room while listening to some amazing tunes;
(5) Identify those in need and pass the bags out with smiles on our faces. GAME CHANGER: By including the into our social media postings, we garnered the interest of our friends & followers to join the party, quickly realizing that through the power of social media, our efforts had the potential to go viral! Our efforts have now grown to nearly every major city in North America and we're just getting started.
