Greetings GIA Family,

As an organization we have joined a 5-member committee comprising of representatives of the Grenada Embassy and Consulate and various diaspora organizations to support those experiencing hardship during this Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

The Grenada In Action Diaspora COVID-19 Response Charitable Fund was established to aid Grenadians in the diaspora communities especially in New York, who are experiencing hardship as a result of the pandemic. The Fund is housed at Chase Bank under the Grenadians In Action – 501(C)(3) status. Receipts can be issued upon request when you donate to the Fund via:

The Fund will be dissolved once the pandemic is declared over in the USA, and the balance donated to the Grenada Covid-19 Response Fund held at the Cooperative Bank in Grenada. For further information contact: (718) 562-8171.

Greetings GIA Family,

We extend our thoughts and prayers during this time to you and your loved ones. As an organization we have been working to support local Grenadians experiencing hardship during this time.

We are happy to share that due to the generosity of our members, we raised and distributed $1,000 USD to 8 families in Grenada to date. These families have expressed their heartfelt thanks as seen in the testimony below.
