Our mission is clear: to empower and elevate Black talent within the fashion industry through essential financial resources and professional development opportunities.
Founded by Brandice Daniel amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, ICON360 emerged as a pivotal support system for designers of color during unprecedented times. Our commitment quickly expanded to encompass HBCU fashion departments, recognizing the critical need to bolster these programs and nurture emerging talent within the industry.
