Seeking app testers for judicial crowd sourcing app: JafoMaru.

The Brooklyn Lyceum was seemingly lost to judicial savagery.

But all was not lost as the court, after saying, at oral argument, they would rule on the facts and the law, made up a fact to avoid one law and invoke another, seemingly the final stake in the heart of the Lyceum. Not quite, as some issues are forever.

The Brooklyn Lyceum’s procedural due process fight rages on! FOUR Appellate Division judges lied to foreclose a cultural heart—home to 31 Bond (*NYTIMES* writeup) and *moby dick:the sermon* (*New Yorker* cartoon), and performances by the likes of Fiona Apple, Amanda Palmer, Brooklyn Rider and the Knights Orchestra. Eric Richmond is battling to void this theft, and he’s at the Fabulous 5th Avenue Fair this Sunday, May 18, 5th Ave between 1st and 2nd St, at his Swaslu.com coffee booth. Long time, no post. NewsFlash: If 19< 26, the Lyceum has a puncher's chance to unwind a quagmire of an appellate decision with multiple flat out lies by 4 judges w/ more than a century of combined legal experience. Stay tuned. Get some popcorn. We tried to do this quiet like... got the bums rush from clerk of the court, an MIT grad who knew darn well that 19 is not MORE THAN 26!

In a callback to the Lyceum days, and craft markets there, we (SWASLU.com) are rocking a spot at the FADmarket.co event at St. Pauls in Cobble hill. This weekend we are presenting the espresso of Tandem Roasters of Portland Maine and, in another Lyceum callback, Omenhene Hot Cocoa. Come set a spell and do some shopping if the artisans move you!
