From the young stars to the Old-Timers, the Pop Smoke Day Basketball Tournament brought generations together on one court! 🏀💫

The competition was real, but the day was bigger than basketball. It was about community, mentorship, fellowship and giving everyone a place to play, connect and represent the Floss.

Thank you to Head Coach Craig Craig Taylor and Assistant Coach Vilmar Vilmar ModelMar for leading our players, and a special shoutout to Obasi FR33 M👁ND (333) and DJ AK Dj AK for keeping the tournament moving and the energy high!

Pop Smoke Day was made even more meaningful by the partners who came ready to serve, support and pour into our community.

Thank you to , Brooklyn Community Services , , , Senator Roxanne J. Persaud , Brooklyn Public Library , Positive Health Management through and Twist of Flava for bringing valuable resources, information, services and great food to the park.

A very special thank you to , who gave free haircuts throughout the day and made sure our young people left looking and feeling their best.

Pop Smoke Day is about more than a celebration. It is about creating a day that truly gives back to the community, and we are grateful to every partner who helped us do exactly that. 💙

Canarsie showed up and showed out for the Pop Smoke Day Parade! 💫💙

From the dance teams and youth bringing energy to the streets, to the car clubs rolling through the Floss, DJ JP setting the tone, and local organizations proudly represented, this parade was community, culture and love in motion.

Special thanks to Victory Music and Dance Company, On Your Toes Dance Group, BBS Boys, Myer 11, P.S. 116, MS 366 and more for helping make the procession unforgettable.

On this day in 2019, Meet the Woo V1 arrived and the sound of Brooklyn changed forever.

With just 11 tracks, Pop introduced the world to a voice, a presence, and an energy that couldn’t be ignored. What started as a debut mixtape became the foundation of a movement, launching classics like Welcome to the Party, Dior, and PTSD while helping bring Brooklyn drill to the global stage. It became Pop’s first entry on the Billboard 200 and continues to inspire fans around the world years later.

For us, this project is more than music. It’s a reminder of a young man from Canarsie who believed there was no limit to where a dream could take you.

On Saturday, May 16th, Mah Smoke and Shoot For The Stars Foundation invites you to a thoughtfully curated gathering centered on women’s wellness, self discovery, and community. Through intentional conversations and expert insight, we will explore how we show up in the world across every stage of life.

This experience will include discussions on women’s health and wellness, opportunities for restorative self care, and a curated shopping experience featuring the Black Smoke Collection.
