The Brooklyn Community Men's Chorus (BCMC) has expanded! During 2020 we met via Zoom, but on Wednesday, January 20, 2021, we began a Virtual Men's Chorus, inviting men from past choruses I have directed, mostly from the Brooklyn Tabernacle Men's Chorus. We have met via Zoom since then, on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month, 7-9pm. Nearly 50 different men have joined the Zoom meetings since then, from men's choruses spanning FOUR DECADES (we have 10 men who were in the 1980s BT Men's Chorus!) Our name has also expanded. Aaron Lee, Jr. went home to be with the Lord last September, and he was one of the original BT Men's Chorus members for most of the 1980s. Aaron inspired the spirit of real fellowship that has continued through the decades!

Very soon we plan to post our first song (putting together a virtual performance was challenging and took some time!) The new name of the group is The Aaron Lee, Jr. Virtual Men's Chorus Fellowship. Aaron went home to be with the Lord last September, and he was one of the original BT Men's Chorus members for most of the 1980s, and he inspired a sense of real fellowship that has continued through the decades! Look out for our first song in the very near future!

Thank you for your interest in the Brooklyn Community Men’s Chorus (BCMC)!
We are still looking for Men’s Voices. We are now planning the Return of BCMC, God-willing post-Covid, sometime this Spring.
In the meantime, we are holding Zoom meetings 2x/month (next one is Wednesday, January 20, 2021.
