FNSNA partnered with the BD Nurse Network Associate Resource Group and successfully launched the BD Nurse LEADER Program. The program delivered high-quality engagement through monthly one-on-one mentor/mentee meetings and quarterly interactive sessions.
The sessions develop and strengthen leadership skills and provide valuable insights supporting nursing students on their journey to becoming future nurse leaders.
