Please join us tonight at our weekly Brooklyn Peacekeepers meeting which takes place at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church located at 212 Tompkins and Dekalb Avenues. Look for the Orange Peacekeepers banner on the side of the building. (Meeting entrance is located on the Dekalb Avenue side.) Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church which is under the auspicies of the great Dr. Pastor Johnny Ray Youngblood who we continue to thank for providing us with a spacious and kind venue is a pillar and institution in the Bedford -Stuyvesant community. As you enter the meeting you will be greeted with various salutations of peace such as "Namaste" "Hotep" "As Salaam Alaikum" "Praise The Lord" and many more as our Peacekeepers Family represents the universal oneness of God in belief. We will have information on the origin of The Peacekeepers which was Founded by Capt. Dennis Muhammad and is chaired by The East Coast Regional Director "Beast" Anderson. We will have a discussion on membership, training, events, as well as our mission and how you can help us by becoming apart of our dedicated work in the community of being proactive and not reactive in the cause of Peace. So join us tonight and every Wednesday 8 pm. We look forward to you being there and "Present For Peace" with us in making our community a decent and safe place to live.

We are glad to see that people are wearing the color orange as a sign of peace. Many thanks to Capt Dennis Muhammad the founder of The Peacekeepers for choosing the color orange well over 10 years ago for The Peacekeepers. We salute all Peacekeepers who have been and are wearing the color as we honor Gun Violence Awareness Month.
