Orlando's a Jamaican H2A worker. He fought for the UFW at NYs Cahoon farm: Since we organized the boss has tried different ways to punish us. They laid off 40 of us, firing us by sending us into fields w/no apples & saying we didn't meet productivity standards.

The union has given us a voice that many of us never thought we would have when we travel to work in the US. We're not backing down. We voted.
