Founded in 2010 by Yehudit Feinstein-Mentash, Israelis in Brooklyn quickly became a meeting place for those searching for Jewish culture and identity through an Israeli lens and Hebrew medium. We offer a wide variety of educational and social programs for all members of the communi

ty – adults and children alike – all anchored in Hebrew language and Israeli culture. We provide an answer for those of all backgrounds looking for an atypical Jewish community and are at the forefront of the movement to expose children to foreign languages at a young age and the trend in the North American Jewish community to place Hebrew at the center of Jewish identity building.
