Instead of our regular meeting, our members and guests enjoyed an exciting and interactive Improv Workshop led by our own club member Hal Peler, a Certified Applied Improvisation Practitioner.
The two-hour workshop was full of energy, laughter, and participation! Everyone jumped in, practiced thinking on their feet, and explored improv techniques that support public speaking, leadership, and everyday communication.
We were thrilled to welcome five guests and hope to see them again at future meetingsโmaybe even as new members!
A big THANK YOU to Hal for sharing his expertise, enthusiasm, and passion with the club. The workshop was both fun and incredibly valuable. We learned that improv is all about listening, collaborating, and confidently responding in the momentโskills that help both on and off the stage.
Interested in visiting our club? Come check out Bay Ridge Toastmasters and experience it for yourself!
