Some men have been taught or expected to be stoic. Hold it down, Don’t be emotional, etc.

The result at times, in their suppression of emotion, is the inability to express it...or to express in controlled or healthy manners. A lot of guys don’t speak, not about the things they need to. The stigmas further that reality. MBK in these sit-downs will be giving the men bold enough to show up an opportunity to speak. To let it out. No matter how irrational, crazy, emotional...no judgment, no consequence. We hope to see you there!

Let’s heal.

It's a perfect Christmas Eve to extend a hand in serving the homeless community.
