PUBLIC HOUSING COMMUNITIES, INC. is a not-for-profit Corporation established by resident leaders of the New York City Housing Authority. Our mission is to take part in the coordination, management and implementation of programs that lead to economic development and individual self sufficiency of residents and businesses within and around public housing neighborhoods.
