On 25th November of the year we honor the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against women and girls Established by UN General Assembly Resolution 50/166 and administered by UN Women, the Trust Fund Issues grants to empower groups especially at risk of Violence throughout the world. Violence and girls is one of the most widespread human rights Violations, Violence against women and girls can be systematically addressed, reduce and with persistence, eliminated. The UN Trust Fund to end Violence against women is the leading global fund dedicated to support the 16 days of Activism on 25 November civil society, government and UN Partners are called upon to mobilize people and highlight issues relevant to preventing and ending Violence against women
