🔥 How to Kasher Your Sink for Pesach 🔥

When it comes to getting ready for Pesach, the sink is a big one!

✨ Step-by-step:
🧼 Clean the sink thoroughly — no residue at all
🔥 Then comes the kashering — using boiling water or a fire torch to heat the surface (for metal sinks only!)
💧 Pour cold water over every part immediately after

⚠️ Important: This method is only for certain materials. Always check your sink type and consult your Rav if unsure.

A book with a mission ❤️

So proud to share this beautiful and deeply meaningful work by Menachem Lieblich — a heartfelt book created especially for children navigating the challenges of divorce.

With sensitivity, warmth, and understanding, this book gives children the language, comfort, and reassurance they so often need but don’t always know how to express. It reminds them that they are not alone, that their feelings matter, and that they are surrounded by love.

A must-have for families, educators, and anyone supporting children through big life changes. 💛

Inspired by the Jewish story of the Exodus from Egypt — a liberation remembered and re-examined each Passover — this exhibition invites you to explore what unfinished liberation means to you. For Jewish people, and many others, freedom is not understood as a single historical event, but a lived and evolving experience across generations.

How does freedom, or the lack of it, show up in your personal life, your community, or the wider world? You are welcome to reflect on historical or current events, political and social struggles, or global conflicts. Or can take an abstract approach: consider psychological, emotional, or spiritual dimensions of liberation, constraint, and resilience. How can art reveal the tension between promise and reality, hope and limitation, or past, present, and future? What stories, symbols, or forms express freedom that is still unfolding?

All mediums are welcome for submission. Email [email protected] with images of artwork and include your name, medium, size, title, and price of artworks. Selected works will be displayed at Brooklyn Hadas Gallery from March 15 - April 15.
