Good Afternoon P.S. 236 Families,
The Cultural Committee would love to showcase the many flavors that represent our diverse school community!
If you are interested in contributing, we invite families to bring a traditional food dish from your culture to share during the event. Let us know how many servings and what kind of dish is it on the sign up sheet. Also remember to provide a label with ingredients on the day of the event.
Note there is no access to the school cafeteria kitchen so there is no cooking on premises. We are not allowed to have sterners in the school, so please plan to have food heated prior to arrival. You are allowed to bring a cooler to hold any desserts or food that needs to be served cold.
Please sign up by Friday, May 8th so we can plan accordingly.
