This week, we hosted a community listening session at our office focused on social connection at The Opp Hub Farm. 🌱🗣️
Through group conversations and interactive activities, attendees shared their vision for a thriving, connected community and explored how the farm can bring more people together.
Participants and staff also began developing concrete ideas to address social isolation in our community.
This session is part of our New York Action Guide Planning Cohort funded by Foundation for Social Connection and Healthy Places By Design. Through a series of listening and planning sessions, we are working to better understand and address our community’s needs.
