This week on The Mic, we'll discuss Carolyn Willeford's take on pushing your physical limits, striving for more and building mental toughness. 💪 Here's why we admire Carolyn:

➡️ Carrie joined the GoRuck movement as a way to challenge her fitness levels and meet new people in a new city.

➡️ She was inspired to join the Navy and spent the last 6 years in an elite community of special operators, learning about leadership, challenging perceptions about women in special fields, and finding self confidence.

Tune in tomorrow!
