We are pleased to announce the official podcast of the James Madison High School Alumni Association in Brooklyn, New York. Since first opening in 1925, hundreds of people who passed through its doors have made amazing contributions to society. They include a Supreme Court Justice, three US Senators, five Nobel laureates ( #3 in the world of secondary schools), many performers in the arts, titans of business and much more. The podcast will highlight the activities of the JMHSAA and the proud graduates of James Madison High School in Brooklyn

Hello alumni of James Madison High School. We hope you are doing well!
A hearty thank you goes out to everyone who took part in the Madison Homecoming and reunion activities on October 20th and 21st. It was our most successful, largest Homecoming to date. The highlight of the weekend was the dedication of Madison’s new athletic field in honor of Danny Suhr ‘82, captain of his Golden Knights Football and baseball teams, captain of the FDNY football team, and the first FDNY firefighter to die on 9/11.

The school's brand new athletics fields are being named for Danny Suhr, a former student and captain of the football team who lost his life on 9/11.

Marc Weiner, JMHS class of 1965, invites all Madisonians to come to see his play "Hidden" which is running from May 11 thru May 28, Thursday thru Saturday, at 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, at 3 pm, at the 312 W. 36th Street Theatre, between 8th and 9th Ave., 4th floor. A senior citizen discount is available.

Marc's play is the story of a Jewish man's twenty-five-year struggle searching for his niece and nephews to reveal to them their Jewish birth. They were hidden as children during WWII and raised by a Catholic family.

It is that time of year again: James Madison High School is hosting its annual career fair...and we are excited to welcome you into our building! Please click on the link or copy and paste the URL below into your browser to access the form to fill out if you are interested in speaking to a class(es) on March 28th.

My goal this year is to have you meet with your host before the career fair so that you can get to know a bit about them and discuss what structure might work best for the presentation in their class(es). I will pair you, to the best of my ability, with classes that lie within your field of expertise. Once the match has been made, I will send a joint email to help open the line of communication.

As always, your participation in our career fair is greatly appreciated and valued.
