The PTO was popping today! 🍿 Niki, Melissa, Brenda, and Monroe's VSC Wendy were busy getting these buttery bags out to all our students' classrooms today. What a fun way to celebrate the beginning of the last week of school! The countdown is on!

Monroe is ready for its alumni to walk the halls next Thursday (June 4th)! 🎓 We can't wait to celebrate our outgoing 5th graders and our graduation seniors. A huge thanks to Niki and Brenda for your marvelous display case designs. Congratulations on a terrific school year! 🥳

Join us on Tuesday (5/19) for our final PTO meeting of the school year! FREE childcare is provided for kids ages 4+. We'll be electing new Board members, celebrating recent events, and learning more about end-of-year and summer activities. 6:30-7:30pm in Monroe's Media Center. We can't wait to see you there!

Today, Monroe staff were treated to delicious cupcakes from Sweet Piece Specialties LLC, donated by owner and Monroe parent Shandrea. What a wonderful surprise for the faculty as they hit the midpoint of the week. Thank you! 🧁🩷

Another game we held for Staff Appreciation Week was "Guess the Number of Pages." Staff had all week to guess the number of book pages in this stack. We tied the books shut so there'd be no peeking! 👀 Our winner was Sydne in Monroe's nutrition department. Do you have any guesses? We'll put the answer in the comments tomorrow!
