BestPrep prepares students with business, career and financial literacy skills through experiential learning programs that inspire success.

BestPrep, a Minnesota nonprofit, engages 55,000 students in grades K-12 each year in business, career and financial literacy education. More than 5,000 professional volunteers help BestPrep collaborate with educators to bridge classroom curriculum and the world of business outside of the classroom, enriching the teaching and learning experience.

Student voices are one of the many ways we measure our impact.

Through BestPrep's eMentors program, students connect with professionals who help them explore career paths, develop workplace readiness skills, and better understand the opportunities available to them after graduation.

We're excited to share that BestPrep has been nominated to receive a grant through ECMC Group’s GO! Program, operated in partnership with ECMC Foundation! 🎉

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that the GO! Program is powered by ECMC Group employees who nominate nonprofit organizations they believe are making a real difference in their communities. By supporting organizations that advance innovation, equity, and educational access in underserved communities, the program gives employees the opportunity to champion causes they care about.

Being nominated is a wonderful acknowledgment of BestPrep's mission to prepare students with business, career, and financial literacy skills that inspire success in work and life. It also reflects the dedication of our educators, volunteers, corporate partners, and supporters who help make these opportunities possible every day.

Last week, the BestPrep team stepped away from our desks and came together for our annual staff retreat!

The day was filled with collaboration, creativity, meaningful conversations, and big-picture planning as we prepared for another year of empowering students across Minnesota. From sharing fresh ideas to aligning on goals, we're energized by what's ahead and the impact we'll create together. 💙
