WE HEARD YOU. Uniform costs have continued to rise faster than allowances and buying power has become the biggest challenge for carriers.

What’s changed (USUniforms.com):

As part of our WE HEARD YOU initiative, we made a deliberate decision to lower prices on USUniforms.com. For the next 60 days, carriers will see an average price reduction of approximately 36%, restoring roughly $190 in buying power, depending on item selection.

These savings are built directly into the price—no codes, no programs, and no special timing required during this window.

What carriers will see immediately:

Lower prices (the price you see is the price you pay)
The largest in‑stock postal uniform inventory in the industry
Same‑day shipping on in‑stock items, so carriers aren’t waiting weeks to safely do their jobs.

Why the timing matters:

This 60‑day window is intended to help carriers—especially new hires and those stretching their allowance—maximize their uniform allowance while improved pricing is in place.

Our ask:

We respectfully ask for your help in sharing the attached flyer and encouraging carriers to take advantage of the reduced pricing during this 60‑day window to make the most of their uniform allowance on USUniforms.com.

For more than 70 years, the National Association of Letter Carriers has been walking the walk. From front porches to union halls, America's letter carriers have delivered more than mail. They have delivered hope, progress, and millions of dollars to power MDA’s mission.

It all started in 1952 when NALC became MDA’s first national sponsor and officially named MDA its charity of choice. One year later, the union launched the groundbreaking Porch Light Brigade. Letter carriers volunteered to go door to door during Thanksgiving week to raise funds for families living with neuromuscular disease.

That spirit of service still defines the NALC partnership today. Year after year, members rally to raise funds, grow awareness, and strengthen communities. These efforts help drive research, support care teams, and give children and adults living with neuromuscular disease more independence and a voice.

When you support MDA through NALC, you are not just helping a cause. You are changing lives. You are fueling progress that lasts.
