Sartell senior Anders Larson is this week's Most Valuable Teammate! Anders has a calming presence and a positive attitude while prioritizing his teammates.

A three-sport athlete, he is also a bleacher captain who serves as a leader in the student section.

The New York Sirens recently selected Grace Wolfe in the fifth round (55th overall pick) of the 2026 PWHL draft. Wolfe played for the St. Cloud Huskies for the past five years after graduating from Owatonna High School in 2021.

Girls Volleyball is back ... and outdoors!

Last Friday night’s meeting between neighbors Kasson-Mantorville and Triton was a season-opening celebration at KM Telecom Stadium, believed to be the first Minnesota high school volleyball match played outdoors.

Three levels played before the varsity match, which was completed indoors due to condensation on the court. The KoMets closed out the memorable night with a four-set victory.

In the annual participation survey released by the NFHS on Thursday, Aug. 27, the Minnesota State High School League maintained its ranking in the Top 10 nationally.
