Our mission is to provide the most accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information about cleft lip, cleft palate, and other head and facial conditions, and to advocate for the best care possible for these patients and their families. FFC is a volunteer-led organization of patients, parents, and other concerned individuals who wish to alleviate the heartaches and celebrate the strengths of the children and families it serves.

FFC Young adults, come meet and chat with your FFC peers. Open to young adults 18 and over with craniofacial conditions. This is a relaxed virtual meet up designed to connect our FFC young adult community. Get a chance to meet new people, ask questions, or just listen - whatever works for you!
