Our mission is to provide the most accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information about cleft lip, cleft palate, and other head and facial conditions, and to advocate for the best care possible for these patients and their families. FFC is a volunteer-led organization of patients, parents, and other concerned individuals who wish to alleviate the heartaches and celebrate the strengths of the children and families it serves.

Mark your calendars!🗓️ Our next Virtual Parent Support Group is taking place October 13th at 7pm via Zoom!

👉 Parents meet and connect with other parents in our FFC community and have a chance to talk, ask questions, support each other and share experiences in a relaxed virtual environment. Please join us and bring your questions in regards to your child’s diagnosis, school struggles, newborn care and concerns, emotional challenges and overall parenting issues. Parents of ALL craniofacial conditions and across all ages are welcome.

We are excited to announce that FFC will be sponsoring two families to attend CCA’s Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium!

CCA’s Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium is held each June to provide individuals affected by a facial difference, their siblings and parents an opportunity to interact with others who have endured similar experiences. The unique format of the retreat allows families to share ideas, problems and solutions and make life-long friendships. The weekend kicks off on Thursday with an Educational Symposium and the rest of the weekend allows time and activities to build new relationships and bonds of understanding and caring, which will lend support through both difficult and good times in the future.

Sponsorship includes: $3,000 per family to go towards hotel, registration fees, and travel expenses. Some meals and CCA planned activities are included with registration.

When: June 25 - June 27, 2026

Where: Renaissance Addison Hotel, Addison (Dallas), Texas

Deadline for FFC Sponsorship Application: December 1, 2026!

Please email the 2027 CCA Sponsorship Application and the Photo Release to [email protected] on or before December 1st to be eligible for FFC Sponsorship

This past June, FFC partnered with the Children’s Craniofacial Association to send three families to their Annual Family Retreat & Educational Symposium! 💫
