As nominations continue coming in for the Framingham Impact Awards, one thing has become very clear already. Framingham is filled with students doing genuinely good things for the people around them.

Some are leaders in obvious ways. Others are simply the kind of students who make classrooms, teams, friend groups, and communities better every day without asking for attention or recognition.

That is exactly who this event was created for.
In partnership with Access Framingham TV, the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, the MetroWest Chamber of Commerce, and Framingham Public Schools, the Framingham Impact Awards will recognize students in grades 5–11 who are making a positive impact in their schools and community.

Students can:
• Nominate themselves
• Be nominated by a friend
• Be nominated by a parent, teacher, coach, or other grown up

We are looking for students who:
• Foster positivity in their classroom or school community
• Participate in positive school or community events
• Lead by example and help bring people together
• Make Framingham a better place through their actions

🏆 Framingham, meet the Framingham Impact Awards! 🏆

For the past decade, Mr. Watkins with Viking Sports has visited nearly every school in the city of Framingham and the talent, kindness, and drive inside those hallways is something special. Robotics champions. Talented artists. Young advocates. Kids working jobs while earning their education. Pure, unfiltered greatness in every direction.

That greatness deserves to be recognized.

In partnership with Access Framingham TV and the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, Viking Sports is proud to introduce the Framingham Impact Awards, honoring 10 to 15 exceptional students in grades 5 through 11 who are making a real impact in our schools and community. We are also spotlighting a few outstanding community leaders who have dedicated themselves to developing Framingham’s next generation.

Know a student who deserves a spotlight? Nominate them today! A committee of community leaders will review all submissions and select the honorees, who will be celebrated live on June 13th at Framingham High School Auditorium and broadcast citywide on Access Framingham TV.

Framingham, get ready to celebrate greatness. 🌟

Helping with this event for the Eliot School at the Paul Revere Mall in the North End turned into one giant block party....

Helping with this event for the Eliot School at the Paul Revere Mall in the North End turned into one giant block party. The turnout was incredible. The inflatables had lines all day and the energy from the families was contagious. It was one of those events where you could feel the excitement from the moment people arrived.

A huge credit goes to the dedicated parents who put so much time and effort into creating something special for their school community. We were grateful to be a small part of a really fun day.

Summer camp registration is rolling, and TONIGHT at 11:59pm is the deadline for early bird pricing on most Viking Sports camps. The end of summer camps have very limited space including all Brookline locations, Newton, Weymouth, Quincy, Swampscott, and Lexington. All other camp locations including Canton are full.

This is your last chance to take advantage of our early registration discount price for all of our summer sports camps in Brookline and Lexington.

We have have camps for kids ages 3 - 13. We have multi-sports (play it all) camps and many sport specific camps to choose from (soccer, basketball, flag football, baseball, ninja warrior, and more!)

A summer at Viking Sports has been described as gym, lunch, and recess all day.

Enjoy full days with friends. Coaches who bring energy every day. Games and experiences that somehow turn into legendary camp stories by the end of the week.

Our early bird discount for most summer camps ends on 5/14, so if camp is part of your family’s summer plans, this is a great time to register.
