For the fourth summer, Beaver Brook Association's Cans from Campers initiative is helping fight food insecurity right here in our community! 💚
What started in 2023 as a simple act of kindness has grown into a camp-wide tradition. Campers, families, and staff are collecting non-perishable food items throughout the summer, and we're already halfway through the season with more donations than we've collected in previous years!
We're grateful to partner with the Brookline Food Pantry and proud of our camp families for showing that small acts of generosity can make a big difference. Together, we're building kinder kids and a stronger community. 🥫🌿

Hello neighbors! We had 68 visits to the pantry in the month of May. Your generosity is very appreciated!

Just so everyone is aware...our pantry is fully funded by the kindness of our neighbors. We DO NOT receive any taxpayer dollars nor government money.

We can now accept donations! Please bring them to the Pantry during our open hours (Tuesday 10am-1pm and 6pm-7pm. Thursday 10am-1pm) and we will go through them with you. We would also appreciate grocery store gift cards (we use them to supplement our supply). Thank you!!

The volunteer staff of the Brookline Food Pantry is joyous to announce that we have relocated to the Brookline Community Church at 2 Main Street. Our new hours will be Tuesdays 10am-1pm and 6pm-7pm, and Thursdays 10am-1pm. Our shorten hours reflect the extra time our volunteers will need to travel to our storage unit so we can restock our shelves. The Pantry entrance is to the left of the building, and up the ramp. OUR 1ST OPEN DATE WILL BE TUESDAY, APRIL 21ST.

We are looking for volunteers, for the pantry days and the pick up of grocery items. If you are able to help, please email [email protected] and Lynn will respond.
We would very much like to thank the Brookline Community Church for sharing their space with us ❤️
