Manley Art Center and Gallery Our vision is to nurture art and artists. -Virginia Manley Our goal is to foster a culture of artistic appreciation, distribution, and enjoyment.

Manley Art Center and Gallery serves as the headquarters of Pelican Bay Arts Association (PBAA), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting fine arts and crafts through education. We strive to support and encourage artists by providing them with a nurturing environment to hone their craft. According to Virginia Manley, our founder, PBAA's vision is to cultivate art and artists.

Azalea Festival Brookings Oregon is happening this weekend and there is a parade on Saturday! Starts at 10 AM. The Manley Art Center and Gallery will have a float and it is a 32' North River Endurance fishing boat. There will be a code on the boat and you can win an original piece of artwork. Our silent auction is underway and waiting for you to come in to the Manley Art Center and Gallery to place your bid. Bidding is in person at 433 Oak Street in Brookings, Tuesday - Saturday 11-4pm. Bidding ends on Sunday, May 24th at 2pm and the winners will be announced at 4:30pm. All proceeds from the sale of these items go directly to the Manley Art Center to continue to support local art and artists including children and youth art programs.
