David Kracke JD—Oregon’s Brain Injury Advocate/Coordinator, Department of Psychology.

This is a free Virtual workforce development training hosted by the Older Adult Behavioral Health Initiative (OABHI) of Coos & Curry Counties.

Learning Objectives:
• Recognize the common signs, symptoms, behaviors associated with brain injuries
• Understand the ways brain injuries affect brain injury survivors
• Understand Oregon's new brain injury public policy
• Understand why brain injury screening is important

David Kracke, JD has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1990 and currently the Oregon's brain injury advocate coordinator at the University of Oregon's Center on Brain Injury Research and Training (CBIRT). He has an extensive background working with private and public stakeholder groups in the realm of legislative and policy initiatives.
