This summer, some of our leaders got the opportunity to attend the IGNITE Peer-to-Peer Leadership Conference. Here, they built connections with and learned alongside other leaders from Dance Marathons across the country!

While there, they presented on how investing into our executive board has helped build a stronger team! Two highlights of the trip were the silent disco and getting to know our champion Rudy!

The Conference ended with hearing from a fellow Dance Marathon student who had a personal experience with CMN followed by a circle of Hope. This brought our leaders back to their purpose and made them feel empowered to come back and continue to make a difference!🩵💛
