💬 Trained counselors are available to provide support, resources, and a listening ear.

At Habitat, we work every day to build homes, communities and hope. Supporting one another is part of building a stronger community, too.

🏡 Thinking About Becoming a Habitat Homeowner? Now Is the Time to Start!

Our Homeowner Information Sessions will continue every Tuesday through September 22nd, giving you an opportunity to learn more about the Habitat homeownership program, ask questions, and understand what it takes to apply.

Then, in October, we’ll be opening applications for the entire month! 🎉

If homeownership is a goal for you or your family, we encourage you to start the process now. Attending an information session ahead of time can help you feel prepared and confident when applications open.

Don’t wait until October to get started! Join us for an upcoming information session and take the first step toward building a safe, affordable place to call home.

🌭 Good Food, Great People & Lots of Gratitude!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for our Annual Picnic last week! It was such a joy to gather with our Habitat family, celebrate another year of impact, and enjoy some time together outside of the usual hustle and bustle.

And a special shoutout to our incredible Board of Directors, who went above and beyond by preparing the meal for everyone! Your willingness to roll up your sleeves and take care of our crew means so much.

We’re grateful for every volunteer, supporter, partner, board member, and friend who continues to make the work of Habitat possible. We couldn’t do what we do without you!

A huge thank you to another community partner, Optimist Club of Brookings, South Dakota, for their ongoing generosity in providing lunch for our Foundation Crew volunteers! 🥪🔨

Our volunteers work hard to build homes, strengthen our community, and bring hope to local families—and a delicious meal helps keep them fueled along the way!

We are incredibly grateful for community partners like the Optimist Club who continue to show up and support our mission in such a meaningful way. Thank you for helping us build more than homes—you’re helping us build community! 🏠❤️
