One person I’m not letting into my house this winter is Seasonal Depression! Not welcomed!!!!
Here’s my plan to do it.
1. I plan to stay active - doing things with friends and family so that I’m not dwelling in the house. Also I am going to attempt to get back active in the gym. My eating is semi together however now I need to put physical movement to it.
2. Keeping my hair and nails done - when you look good you feel good. My plan is to keep up with these basic things upkept.
3. I’m going to try and stay away from too much fast food. This has kind of been a struggle for me. With school and work. But my attempt to cook more will help me stay away from running to get something quick.
4. Monthly trips to the spa. I want to get a massage monthly and a facial monthly. So I will be going at least once a month.
