Happy Throwback Thursday! 🎾🥒💪

Throwing it back to a day full of good rallies, great people, and an even better cause this month by remembering the 3rd Annual Portland Pickleball Open back in 2023!! It's more than just a game when it combines community and giving back.

From the Kelly Johnson Foundation team: a reminder to pause today. 💚
Check in with yourself. Slow down for a moment. Notice how you’re really doing.

Take a walk. Call someone you trust. Sit in the quiet. Breathe.
The small resets matter more than you think.

You’re not alone in the hard days, and you’re not alone in the healing ones either.
