Latinas On The Plaza Latinas On the Plaza is a non-profit organization that exist to support women of color in the metropolitan area of Chicago.

A non-profit organization whose mission is to help Latina women discover their power so that they can lead at work, at home, and in the communities they love. Our focus is on accelerating the pathway to success for women of color. The pathway offers a
Little Arrows Squad (for ages 4 – 6),
FUERTE (Growing Strong) Program (for ages 23-34)
and ArcHer Leadership Program (for ages 35+).
