Every child in Wisconsin deserves a joyful, well-rounded education in safe, supportive classrooms. But decades of underfunding have stretched many public schools thin, leading to larger class sizes, crumbling school infrastructure, and fewer opportunities for our students.

It’s time to fulfill our commitment to our children and fund Wisconsin public schools. Educators, parents, and students from across WI are supporting a landmark lawsuit to demand better from the Wisconsin legislature and fully fund public schools, and we’re proud to be the lead plaintiff in this important lawsuit. No matter where we live or what our politics are, we all want kids to be safe, supported, and prepared for their futures – and this lawsuit is a critical step toward fulfilling that commitment. More updates to come.

A coalition of Wisconsin school districts, teachers’ unions, advocacy groups, parents, students and others has filed a lawsuit against the state Legislature alleging that it’s failing to fund public schools adequately.

1st Day of Winter

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home.”

Take a minute to tell your child(ren)'s principal how amazing they are! It feels great to be recognized for your hard work and dedication--it is even better to hear from administration that someone took the time to share their appreciation.
