We were able to raise $425 at the annual Brookfield Block Party last Sunday for upcoming mental health initiatives benefiting pediatric patients, youth in foster care, students, and more! Thank you to all who came and supported our work—enjoy these photos of our members, designs, and booth 🦋🎨

Come on down to the Brookfield block party THIS SUNDAY and visit our face painting booth! We will also have a variety of arts and crafts activities that can be enjoyed while waiting your turn. The block party will have many other local vendors with food, goods, and more. Interested in volunteering for this event? Send us a DM or contact a BB member! We can’t wait to see you all!

April is here, and it’s time for spring cleaning! Got gently used books laying around that you no longer reader or your kids have outgrown? Drop them off at one of the locations listed above to benefit others who need them!

Listen to literature produced by some of Danbury High School’s finest at Wordfest (hosted by Word warriors ) while promoting childhood and adolescent reading! We ask students to donate new and gently-used books appropriate for children and teens. Books in other languages are more than welcome. More to come!

Another year down! In 2025, Been Beautiful saw great advancements towards our mission through the launch of new initiatives and various events.

Our impact was also seen online, reaching tens of thousands of people on social media and our website. We connected with people from across the world, ranging from China, Ireland, Kenya, Ecuador, and more.

Thank you all—especially our amazing members—for following and supporting our journey. Stay tuned for more in 2026, and stay beautiful!
