Creative Pathways Residential Supports Our mission is to provide personalized pathways to quality living and independence.

Creative Pathways provides in-home and community based supports for individuals with developmental disabilities. Founded in 2015, Creative Pathways began our mission by providing supports to a single individual in Brookfield. Since, we have expanded to providing services individuals in Linn, Charition and Adair counties.. In establishing our agency in north central rural Missouri, we've helped in

dividuals move back to their home region and helped others make our rural area their home. Since our humble beginnings, we've expanded services from Individualized Supported Living to include Host Homes, Supportive Employment and Day Program Service. Creative Pathways has grown through the care that our staff provides and the support of our local community. We look forward to continuing to serve individuals in our community and surrounding area with the intention to provide supports to every individual who may need our help.

Happy Nurses Appreciation Week to all of the amazing nurses out there! 💙

And of course, we have to give an extra special shoutout to our very own Community RN, Brittney Bruner Fisher! Brittney reviews every aspect of our individuals’ health and wellness, keeps all of us on our toes, and occasionally catches things the rest of us didn’t even realize we missed. 😂 From appointments, medications, nutrition, follow-ups, overall health progress or decline, and individual goals, she helps make sure our individuals are always receiving the best care possible.

We truly could not ask for a better nurse to help support our individuals in reaching their goals and living their best lives. Your compassion, dedication, advocacy, and ability to hold everyone accountable while still caring deeply for every person you work with do not go unnoticed!
