Oakley 🤍 and Oprah 🖤 are checking in to say that they are loving their adopted lives!
Oakley was adopted in 2022 and one year later the family became repeat offenders and adopted Oprah 👏! Here's a Pupdate from Mom:
"Oakley and Oprah are living their best lives sunbathing ☀️ and snuggling warm blankets from the dryer. They enjoyed summertime camping 🏕️ and visited 6 states. They were sure to make their presence known to all 📢!"

Keep living your best rescued lives Double O!

Who's adopting Dewey 🧡??
Sweet 1-2yo Dewey is currently located in Miami. He's a bit shy when meeting new people, but otherwise is good with people and other dogs. He should not be placed in a home with cats. Dewey enjoys going on walks and does not need a fenced yard.
Serious about adding a new friend to your family? Please read his bio on our website first, and then fill out an application if you think you are a match 🤝

Adopt Willie 🧡
At almost 6 years old, Willie is currently being fostered in Maryland. He is looking for a home where someone is willing to continue working on building his confidence. His world should be made as big as possible with the right positive training, not smaller because of his anxious reactions 🙏. He would do best in a home without children. Willie does well with other dogs and humans, although he'll take some time warming up and building trust.
Who out there wants to adopt this handsome boy?? Read through his bio on our website and fill out an application if you think you are a good match 🤝

Libby 🤎 is ready to find her Forever!
2yo Libby is currently being fostered in South Carolina. She came into rescue when her owner posted Libby on Facebook for free.
🚨 Posting a dog for free is a major problem for the safety of the dog.
Libby would love a home with other dogs and she wants you to know that she is still working very hard on her house training! Libby is a young gal with high energy, so be prepared to take her for mentally stimulating walks throughout the day. Libby prefers women and takes time to warm up. We do not recommend young children.

Want to learn more? Check out her bio on our website. If you think she's a good fit, fill out an application 🙌

Adopt Betsy 🤎 😉
Currently being fostered in Virginia, 3yo Betsy would love to find herself her very own family after her mama died. Betsy is a 3yo, 20-lb Doxie-Pom mix with great energy!
Betsy would do best in a home with yard space and without shared walls as she can be a barker when left alone. She absolutely loves her humans and would do excellent as a solo dog.
She can travel a reasonable distance to her forever home 🏠.
Read more about her specifics and fill out an application on our website 👌

Welcome Wishlist for Cooper 🧡
Poor guy's mom & dad died and joined LPDR as a foster dog. At 11yo he is starting anew and we couldn't be happier to have him 🤗.
Cooper could use some new creature comforts, take a peek at his wishlist in the comments below 👇
Once this little guy is brought up to date on his vetting and is evaluated for what type of home would be best for him, we'll be seeking his forever home.
Everyone, welcome Cooper 😘

He's been in foster care for over a year -- When will Sammy catch a break 😔 💛
Yes, Sammy has his quirks, but we think his family is out there somewhere! We would love nothing more than to find his people. He was found as a stray in Miami and is so very ready to have a home of his own.
Sammy is a wire-haired dachshund around 11 years old. He does well with dogs who are not super active, calm, and his size. Sammy has some vision impairments, but he adapts very well. He is being fostered in Miami and we have the capability to offer transport to northern FL, GA, and SC. Get Sammy's story out there and let's find his family!!
