Widow Care The mission of Widow Care is to create a safe place to land. Many lack the proximity of family or a support network to rely on during and after their loss.

There are over 15 million widowed individuals in our country who are at high risk for social isolation, depression, and job loss. Our mission is to help widow/ers find and connect with new or existing widow groups, local resources, and reciprocate their gifts with other widows. Whether you are a student, professional, stay-at-home parent, or widow/er, we have enriching and flexible opportunities f

or you to get involved in building a stronger community for you and those around you. Make a difference in the life a widow/er in your neighborhood by donating help with IT support to build out our directory and volunteer resources, or plan social events. Check us out at WidowCare.org
