In our inaugural year, 70 Impact100 Cleveland members came together to create a $70,000 transformational grant for Greater Cleveland.

But we’re only getting started.

100 women = $100,000.
150 women = $150,000.
200 women = $200,000.

The more women who join, the greater our collective impact becomes.

What does Impact100 Cleveland membership look like?

The answer is a little different for everyone.

For some members, it means diving into the grant review process, reading applications, and visiting local nonprofits.

For others, it means volunteering in the community, attending events, meeting new people, serving on a committee, or stepping into a leadership role.

And for every member, it means combining your individual contribution with women across Greater Cleveland and having a voice in where that collective investment goes.

The best part? You get to make your membership your own.

There’s no required number of events to attend or volunteer hours to complete. Get involved in the ways that interest you and fit your life.

What happens before five finalists are chosen?

This summer, Impact100 Cleveland members stepped out into the community for 13 site visits, meeting nonprofit leaders, touring their spaces, asking questions, and learning firsthand about the incredible work happening across Greater Cleveland.

Site visits are one of the most meaningful parts of our grant review process. They give members the opportunity to go beyond the application and better understand each organization, its proposed project, and the community it serves.

Those visits helped lead us from 93 applications to five incredible finalists.

Next stop: The Big Give on October 1, when our members will cast their votes and award Impact100 Cleveland’s inaugural $70,000 transformational grant.

This is collective giving in action.

We’re making Impact100 Cleveland’s inaugural Big Give even more special thanks to the generosity of our partner, Peter & Co. Jewelers!

Did you know the Impact100 movement has Ohio roots?

In 2001, Wendy Steele founded the very first Impact100 chapter in Cincinnati with a simple but powerful idea: bring women together, combine their individual contributions, and collectively fund transformational grants in their community.

That idea grew.

Today, Impact100 has become a global collective giving movement, with chapters bringing women together to make significant investments in the communities they call home.

And more than two decades after it all started in Cincinnati, Impact100 Cleveland became the second Impact100 chapter in Ohio.

We’re proud to bring the movement back to its Ohio roots and build something uniquely Greater Cleveland.

Our inaugural year brought together 70 women to create a $70,000 transformational grant.

Now we’re growing our collective for 2027.

It started in Ohio. And we’re excited to keep building it here.

Three weeks away!

Our next Impactful Volunteering event is just three weeks away, and we’d love to have you join us.

On September 9, Impact100 Cleveland is heading to Honey From the Rock, Cleveland’s first foster care closet, for an evening of service, connection, and learning.

We’ll start with a tour and learn more about how Honey From the Rock supports children in foster care and the families who care for them. Then we’ll roll up our sleeves to organize donations, prepare custom orders for children, and help support the free store serving local foster families.

And you don’t have to be an Impact100 Cleveland member to join us.

If you’ve been curious about Impact100, come volunteer alongside us. It’s a great way to meet our members, learn about an incredible local nonprofit, and experience firsthand the community and connection that are such an important part of Impact100 Cleveland.

Last week, our members didn't just read about five nonprofit projects on paper. They got to meet the people behind them.

Meet the Finalists gave our members and guests the chance to ask questions, hear stories, make connections, and learn more about the work happening across Greater Cleveland.

And that's one of our favorite parts of Impact100 Cleveland.

The grant is transformational. But so are the relationships we're building along the way.
