Our Gung-Ho 650 Christmas Party. Thank you to everyone who came! Had a great time seeing everyone again and thank you for all who participated in our Chinese Rafle and 50/50 Raffle. Congratulations to Jan Naples, he is one of the founders of the Gung-Ho Detachment, he has been with the Detachment for 35 years, and Congratulations to John Marx daughter, she was sworn in today as an Associate Member. Thank you everyone for coming and enjoying this day with us! And also it was great to see you John Harkness and your wife!

Appreciation for Marine Corps League.

Dear Members,

I wanted to take the time today, to express my overall appreciation that all of you put into the detachment.

I’d firstly like to say, that I feel that you guys, meaning the members. Are extremely passionate in activities and speeches you conduct or do.

Each and every one of you, show commitment out of this world. The dedication and passion you put into making sure your members are cared for and happy shows true heroism.

Not only do you make sure the member are doing the best they can be. You also make sure the people around you, weather it’s at Rittman or gatherings are doing their finest.

All of you put smiles on people faces, including mine. I enjoy every moment I share with all of you, as I cant help but smile at your weird jokes or your funny comedy scenarios.

I’d like to to tell you how much I appreciate what your doing. Especially the members that show up everyday like they are supposed to, the ones that take their time out of their day to come to this meeting.

That is true dedication in its finest. And it just proves on how passionate everyone here today is about this detachment.

I want everyone to know, that I will be your supporter throughout anything. Because I truly value each and everyone of you.

I’ve never met people as nice as you.
