Plasterers' Local 262 is an organized labor bargaining unit located in New York City - chartered by the oldest Building and Construction Trades Union in the United States, the Operative Plasterers' & Cement Masons' International Association or many know it as the OPCMIA. Our covered work consists of all types of plastering including, conventional plaster, veneer plaster, ornamental and cornice plaster, cover coat or K-dex, stucco or portland based mortar, spray-on fireproofing, and acoustical plaster product such as StarSilent or BASWAphon.
