On Monday, LCEA wears black!

SB 1296 gets heard on Monday and is an attack on working families in Florida. If it passes, workers could lose their contracts — and with them, their voice.

• No guaranteed pay protections.
• No security for health insurance.
• No protection for lunch breaks, planning time, or fair treatment.
• No real recourse if your pay is wrong or your benefits are cut.

Health insurance costs could skyrocket — and you’d be forced to absorb every penny. Those in power could change your working conditions overnight, and you’d have no seat at the table.
