Custer County Foundation, Inc. Serving the residents of Custer County since 1991. The Foundation has four purposes:
1). Distribute these funds for public needs. 3).

Seek funds from private sources in the form of gifts and inheritances in order to build a pool of capital for philanthropic purposes. 2). Provide leadership for community activities. 4). Improve the quality of life in Custer County.

#12 in our campaign features the Diamond Youth Organization / Broken Bow Legion Baseball / Spirit Softball, which has received over $30,000.00 in grant funds to support field projects and provide necessary equipment for athletes! The Foundation also provided a grant that was crucial in purchasing the scoreboard for Paul Brown Field. ⚾🥎

Following a successful Custer County Fair in 2026, it’s only necessary to feature the Custer County Ag Society! They have been awarded $31,000.00 since 2015! Through the grants program, the Custer County Foundation has helped fund projects on site. Projects that have been aided in funding are lighting, camper pedestals, restroom projects, and most recently, repairing and replacing new air conditioners!
