If you own a AR pistol with a brace, ATF changed the rules and now it's a "short barreled rifle" and by law you have three choices.
1. Remove the brace
2. Register the firearm with the ATF.
3. Do nothing and become an instant felon.
Choose wisely!

If you own a pistol with a brace and barrel under 16 inches, the ATF says it's now considered a short-barreled rifle (SBR) under the NFA.

Someone is not going to be very happy but you never ship a firearm to an FFL without first verifying they are available for transfers. All my messaging has said I'm not doing "ANY" business of any kind due to immune system deficiencies and Covid being out there. Who ever had what looked like from the box a long gun attempted to have delivered to Bear It Fi****ms, it's on it's way back to seller. Have a nice day and I am sorry for your problems that you created.

More data showing how people who legally carry stop bad people who shoot at unarmed people.

A new report from the FBI has found that of the 50 “active shooter incidents” in 2016 and 2017, individuals with valid firearm permits successfully stopped four of them. Meaning, good guys with guns saved lives.
