Our tackle and flag football players are putting in the work and getting ready for the season! 💪 Every rep matters—but in this Oklahoma heat, HYDRATION has to be part of the game plan. 💧

Parents & players: start hydrating early and keep that water flowing throughout the day!

Due to the anticipated heat index, Tackle teams with practice scheduled tonight will practice in HELMETS ONLY.
